工業集團召開2015年上半年生產經營分析會

       729日上(shang)午(wu),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)集團召開上(shang)半(ban)年生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)經(jing)營分析會,分析總(zong)結生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)經(jing)營情(qing)(qing)況(kuang),部署(shu)下(xia)(xia)半(ban)年各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),中秦興龍董事長、總(zong)裁田純剛、控股(gu)公(gong)司高管(guan)團隊及各部門負(fu)責人、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)集團高管(guan)及主任級(ji)以上(shang)管(guan)理(li)人員及子公(gong)司工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)段長級(ji)以上(shang)人員、基(ji)層(ceng)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)及儲備大學生(sheng)(sheng)代表(biao)參加(jia)了(le)會議。各子公(gong)司總(zong)經(jing)理(li)先后(hou)作(zuo)了(le)上(shang)半(ban)年生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)經(jing)營分析匯報及下(xia)(xia)半(ban)年工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)計劃(hua),集團副(fu)總(zong)經(jing)理(li)、各總(zong)監、副(fu)總(zong)監匯報了(le)上(shang)半(ban)年主要工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)及下(xia)(xia)半(ban)年工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)計劃(hua)。企業(ye)文化專員王慧(hui)匯報了(le)企業(ye)文化體系建設情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)。

       會上,中秦興龍副總(zong)裁、工業(ye)集(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)總(zong)經理陳(chen)彥廣結合汽車(che)行(xing)業(ye)和(he)車(che)輪行(xing)業(ye)的市場環(huan)境,分析(xi)了(le)集(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)面臨的經營(ying)(ying)形勢,對集(ji)(ji)(ji)團(tuan)各(ge)項管(guan)理工作(zuo)和(he)各(ge)子公司生產(chan)經營(ying)(ying)進行(xing)了(le)分別部(bu)署(shu),提出了(le)詳細工作(zuo)要(yao)求。會上,陳(chen)總(zong)強調了(le)幾點(dian)工作(zuo)要(yao)求,主要(yao)有:

      (一)避免惡性事(shi)(shi)(shi)故(gu)的發生(sheng)。避免重大安全事(shi)(shi)(shi)故(gu),包括生(sheng)產安全事(shi)(shi)(shi)故(gu)和供(gong)應(ying)安全事(shi)(shi)(shi)故(gu);避免惡性質量事(shi)(shi)(shi)故(gu),排(pai)查(cha)消除質量隱患。

      (二(er))重點抓好(hao)集團(tuan)幾個體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)的(de)建(jian)設:基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)于(yu)全(quan)員(yuan)(yuan)、全(quan)過程、全(quan)方位(wei)的(de)安全(quan)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)建(jian)設;基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)于(yu)全(quan)員(yuan)(yuan)改善(shan)和惡性質(zhi)量(liang)防(fang)控的(de)質(zhi)量(liang)提升體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)建(jian)設;基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)于(yu)快速(su)響應(ying)客戶的(de)開發(fa)的(de)市場體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)建(jian)設;基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)于(yu)遠期人機效(xiao)率分析的(de)自動化(hua)改造(zao)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)建(jian)設;基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)于(yu)零浪(lang)費為目標的(de)精益生產體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)建(jian)設;基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)于(yu)物資、能(neng)源、穩定安全(quan)控制的(de)供應(ying)保障體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)建(jian)設;基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)于(yu)危機防(fang)控的(de)公共關系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)建(jian)設;基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)于(yu)信息化(hua)、支(zhi)持化(hua)的(de)信息系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)建(jian)設;基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)于(yu)風(feng)險防(fang)控和管(guan)理(li)支(zhi)持的(de)財務(wu)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)建(jian)設;基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)于(yu)發(fa)展實際和需(xu)求的(de)人才隊(dui)伍體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)建(jian)設;基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)于(yu)實用和引領的(de)文化(hua)與制度體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)建(jian)設;基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)于(yu)部門職責和崗位(wei)職責的(de)綜合(he)考核體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)建(jian)設;基(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)于(yu)全(quan)員(yuan)(yuan)有效(xiao)激勵(li)的(de)薪(xin)酬體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)建(jian)設。

      (三)著力促進管(guan)理(li)(li)提升和(he)技術(shu)進步。促進管(guan)理(li)(li)提升,增強部門協調(diao)聯動(dong)和(he)基(ji)層管(guan)理(li)(li)到位(wei),明確(que)部門職(zhi)責(ze)和(he)崗(gang)位(wei)職(zhi)責(ze)。技術(shu)和(he)管(guan)理(li)(li)要(yao)一體化,技術(shu)人員(yuan)要(yao)有(you)一技之長,必須了(le)解基(ji)層現(xian)場的技術(shu)、工藝。優化內部技術(shu)氛圍(wei),有(you)開放、包容(rong)的技術(shu)心(xin)態(tai),讓好的技術(shu)和(he)技術(shu)人才在興(xing)龍生根發(fa)芽。

       會上(shang),控股(gu)公司人力資源副總監黃鈺童(tong)通報了中秦(qin)興龍今(jin)年的(de)四項重點(dian)管理工(gong)作,重點(dian)就激勵機制(zhi)建(jian)設進行了說(shuo)明(ming)。

       最后(hou),控股公(gong)司總裁田(tian)純剛發表(biao)講(jiang)話(hua),充分肯定了(le)(le)工(gong)業(ye)集團上(shang)半(ban)年的(de)各項(xiang)工(gong)作成績,并強(qiang)調了(le)(le)幾點要(yao)求:一是務(wu)必將安(an)(an)全(quan)工(gong)作放在首位,認真排查安(an)(an)全(quan)隱患(huan),尤其加(jia)強(qiang)對暑期安(an)(an)全(quan)工(gong)作的(de)控制(zhi),控股公(gong)司監察(cha)法務(wu)部要(yao)加(jia)強(qiang)安(an)(an)全(quan)監察(cha);二(er)是美國制(zhi)造業(ye)回歸(gui),國內制(zhi)造業(ye)也應回歸(gui)本(ben)質(zhi),要(yao)求我們專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)專(zhuan)(zhuan)注,把輪轂做強(qiang)做精;三(san)是建立公(gong)平(ping)的(de)人(ren)才(cai)培養和激勵機制(zhi),考核公(gong)平(ping),機制(zhi)合(he)理。
